Our Return Policy:

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the product, with the exception of exhaust systems, shock absorbers, brake system components, bulbs, LED's and wiring pigtails. These items are non-returnable. Other parts returned can NOT have been installed on the motorcycle and must be in the original packaging. Returns must be approved in advance for proper credit by calling BikeEffects.com at 707-224-9262 or by emailing your request to info@BikeEffects.com. Your request should include the reason for the return and the original order number from the Packing Slip enclosed in your shipment. If the item was defective or the incorrect part was received, it will be replaced at no charge to you, including the shipping. Returned items that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges that you incurred when purchasing the product are non-refundable. All returns will be credited to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.  Thank you!
